Terry has spent his entire fishmonger career with M&J Seafood moving through the ranks. As part of his role as Master Fishmonger, Terry encourages chefs and fishmongers to develop their seafood range and teaches them about preparing and selling top quality seafood. Terry has won the National Federation of Fishmongers’ British Fish Craft Championships twice and now sits on the council of the National Federation of Fishmongers."
