Sebastian has owned his own fishmonger shop since the young age of 23! Relying on fish from Billingsgate, Sebastian built his retail business up from the ground and expanded into wholesale. Sebastian is dedicated to sourcing locally caught day boat fish, line caught fish and MSC certified fish.

Lorenzo is a shop manager at the Fresh Fish Shop and began working in the industry five years ago as a Saturday boy at the age of 14. Lorenzo places a big emphasis on local catch and is always happy to share recipe advice with his customers. He also hosts live cooking demos, oyster evenings and filleting classes in the shop.​
