Nicola has been ​a fishmonger for over 7 years , and is a regular competitor at the National fish craft championships and has walked away with a few awards as well as a diploma of merit for fish craftsmanship. Being a fishmonger has taken her all over the country doing fish demonstrations at the royal agricultural shows. She is a proud member of the NFF and the Seafish Love Seafood Group.
