Advanced Fishmonger

I grew up in a family of shell fishermen on the Dorset coast. From childhood I would go to sea with my father and grandfather, My father would send me around the car park at Kimmeridge with bags of cooked spider crab legs which I would sell to the tourists. In 2009 I opened up my fish shop Swanage Bay Fish. I am proud to say that I qualified last year as an Advanced Fishmonger at Billingsgate, which really has been the feather in my cap.
