The MFS Course has been designed for candidates seeking to update their knowledge prior to taking the MFS Recognised or MFS Advanced assessment. The MFS Course is currently run at the Seafood School at Billingsgate in London.

Assessment Days

Once your application has been approved, you will be advised if you need to take an Assessment Day. Please do not book a date until you have received confirmation from the MFS office.
