Gary has worked in the seafood industry his entire career spanning over twenty years. Gary helped to develop and deliver training programmes for hundreds, if not thousands, of fishmongers across the country. He now runs his own fishmonger shop alongside his two sons. Gary is a member of the National Federation of Fishmongers and served as their President for three years. George is the youngest winner of the British Fish Craft Championships and is a director of GHC Fishmongers. George stresses the importance of being confident and professional and the benefits this brings as it builds their confidence and trust in you.
