The Master Fishmonger Standard is reserved for individuals and businesses who handle and process seafood for sale. An eligible candidate would include an individual who works at a seafood counter or in a role that handles and processes seafood. If you believe you are eligible, please select yes for the previous question.

The Master Fishmonger Standard is only for individuals who have worked in the seafood trade for at least 2 years. If you believe you are eligible, please select yes for the previous question.

The Master Fishmonger Standard is reserved for individuals and businesses who handle and process seafood. If you believe that you are eligible, please select yes for the previous question.

The Master Fishmonger Standard is currently only reserved for businesses classed as an SME enterprise. If you are a larger organisation, why not encourage your employees to sign up to the Standard under one of the following tiers:

MFS Recognised (minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience)
MFS Advanced (minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience)
MFS Master (minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience)
